ShengQiang (Sean) Zhou

Sean Zhou was born in Beijing and came to Australia in 2000. Since that time, he has lived and worked in both China and Australia. Sean has been an investment banker since 2005 with responsibility for asset origination, project evaluation, financial structuring and transaction negotiations. His experience covers resources, infrastructure, agribusiness and real estate. Sean has family interests in mining and heavy industry in central China as well as industrial park planning and development throughout China with Shanghai General Metal Structuring (GMS) Engineering. GMS has completed over 500 industrial projects in 30 Chinese cities over the past 20 years. Sean has a Degree in Commerce and a Masters in Project Management from the University of Sydney.

Frank Zhu

Frank is a mining industry specialist at managing director and executive level in ASX listed companies. He has 15 years of experience in funds management and investment banking specializing in resources, utilities, infrastructure, transportation and energy.  Frank led the Principal Origination Group in Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs JBWere in Australia. He was involved in over A$10bn in infrastructure and utilities transactions. Frank managed over A$130m of international equities at Australian Ethical Investment Limited and A$150m in infrastructure investments in Australia. Frank is a CFA Charter holder, a Member of CPA Australia and holds a Master of Commerce in International Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from University of New South Wales. Frank was born in Shanghai, China and speaks fluent Mandarin.

Bruce McInnes

Bruce has been in the public and commercial accounting sectors for over 30 years. He was a founding partner and is now the senior partner at accounting firm, McInnes & Associates. He has interests in the agricultural and resources sectors as an owner, operator and director of listed companies.  Bruce has spent the last 5 years volunteering as Treasurer of Telstra Child Flight, a not-for-profit organisation that provides helicopter transport for sick and injured children in remote areas of NSW. He graduated from the University of New South Wales in 1979 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting.  He is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants.

Bill Dunbar

Bill is an investment banker with 15 years of executive level experience in the public and private sectors in Australia and Asia. His scope of expertise covers all major infrastructure and real estate asset classes. Bill has worked on both new developments and the acquisition of operating assets. He is highly skilled in asset analysis and project due diligence. He has engaged with global financial markets continuously over the last 15 years. Bill’s principal business activities since 2005 have focused on Asia including 4 years domiciled in Shanghai, China (2007-10). He has a PhD from the University of Sydney.
